Relocate food waste bin

The food waste bin is too close to the bike sheds so school kids use it to climb onto the roof and make a lot of noise and run about. They all show off climbing up and down repeatedly. Someone could break a leg up there. Please can either the bin be relocated or the roof of the sheds be made inaccessible or both
