Severely uneven and raised road surface on the bend of Plough Way just before Baltic Quay junction. The carriageway instability causes vehicles to lose balance and veer unexpectedly, with a high risk of swerving into the opposite lane. This presents a serious hazard to drivers and cyclists, especially at normal road speeds. The issue affects an important part of the road as it is on a bend and requires urgent inspection and resurfacing
