Unauthorised parking cones have been placed on the public highway along the pavement on Upland Road.

No private individual has the legal right to reserve spaces on a public road using cones or any other means, but unfortunately this happens a lot in this street.

Please investigate and arrange for the cones to be removed as soon as possible.
