The owner of the building 1-10 Hermitage House runs an air bnb business & for the past 3 months has been using our estate at the back of the property (where he has built 4 more rentals) to discard of household waste & building materials. He also has a property elsewhere which is under renovation & bring the waste from there to our estate. He fills the bins on the estate up (which we pay extortionate service charges to live on) and we have a rat & fox issue. Surely this is illegal. There is a “no fly tipping” sign next to this 12ft pile of crap, who is enforcing this? This needs addressing immediately & he needs closing down. It’s a serious health & safety risk
