White gravel on public realm border of Deal Porters Walk

A house holder on Hythe Point has 'captured' part of the planted border on Deal Porters Walk to make a path from the gate they have installed in their fence. The path is very unsightly - made of white gravel - and could unfairly encourage others to do the same. I think the path has been made in the last few days and looks like a continuation of the white gravel in their garden.
