Builders from 59 cadet drive left waste on main road

There was construction work going on at 59 cadet drive and a skip was present. However, the skip got too full so the waste was left next to it. When the skip was collected they did not collect the waste left on the road.

Please arrange for enforcement of fly tipping as the builders should have removed their own waste after construction finished.
