Deep mud in parking space

Not sure where the correct place to report this is, i would really apprecoate some help.

The parking on melbury driver is always full and usually the parking space left is full of mud which makes it close to impossible to get in and out of the vehicle without being filled or slipping in the mud. I have slipped a few times getting into the car ans im disabled so it isnt ideal for my mobility genrally. I believe this area just simply became out of hand over the winter and now it has become dangerous and to an extent almost unusable.

I would be really grateful if this fairly deep mud could be cleared.

It is located at thw back wall of melbury drive in the middle parking space (very easy to spot as in front there is a massive puddle that doesnt seem to evapurate)
