Repeated fouling by same dog

I report it dog fouling over the weekend and your department swiftly dealt with it. Very very sadly and unfortunately a day later the same dog has done a massive pile of poo on the same place. Clearly this is going to be a repeater problem. It must be a massive dog like a bullmastiff. The Poo is enormous. I suggest you need something like CCTV or signs up there to stop the person allowing their dog to foul there and fail to clear it up
