These bins are filthy, never cleaned, one is covered with grafffiti. They smell foul and need a thorough clean or better still they should be replaced.

They are at the entrance to Dulwich Park by the Court Lane gates and are very off putting when you arrive at the park. They are emptied regularly but the actual bins are in a very bad state and have been for many months.
