Rubbish and large items not being removed

I made the initial report on 6th of March and I received an email on the 7th of March stating that the issue has been “fixed” but today is the 9th and the picture attached was taken this afternoon so someone is LYING. Please escalate this issue and forward the email or phone number with someone I can speak to directly about this issue and file a complaint. I don’t work for Southwark this is not my job, but this is where I live and I don’t appreciate how you as the council who takes mine and my neighbours money for certain services but are not actually providing them.
