Slab in our front garden appears to be rising up, possibly from tree roots. There is also a leak at the front, you can just about see it from pic, on the right side of pavement in front of our walkway. I reported the leak to Thames Water on 14th February 2026, they came and brought the bollards as you can see but no one has been to fix it yet (9th March). The leak might be due to the tree as well but might be unrelated. We would prefer the tree to stay if possible. Can someone come to have a look at this, and converse with Thames Water? Many thanks

Providing an update with images as I've not heard anything from you as yet, and in the meantime Thames Water have been out to fix a leak and have left the pavement, and our first slab, in a terrible condition (see images). I will let them know of course but if you are going to be doing any work on the pavement, and the slab, then there is no need to get them back out. Please let me know what your plan is and when this will happen? Many thanks.
