Damaged on disabily access dropped kerb Jnc Glenfinlas Way, and Laxley Close

The drop down kerb on corner of Glenfinlas Way and Laxley Close and a lot damage with a hole. Please make this urgent as it a Disabily access point that if someone goes over it at certain angle they will fall out of their chair and can serious injury themselves. There has been times I've gone over it with my son's pram and my front wheel got hit a gap and back wheels has lifted if he wasn't strapped in he would have fallen out.

This has been there for a long time, it was sprayed up in November thinking it was going to get fix but hasn't.
