Redundant and broken metal service box

This box has been redundant for over 30 years and needs to be removed. It sometimes is used to hide cigarettes and or drugs for collection. People hang around at night to deal or buy things . Remove it and don’t give the excuse that it’s not the councils responsibility which is the usual lazy answer.
