Large amount of rubbish around bin area on Porlock Street

Rubbish has been left on the ground around the bin area and is scattered across the floor ( next to Southwark Inclusive Learning Centre). The area needs to be cleared asap to prevent further mess and potential pests. Making the neighbourhood look run down.
