Men gather and leave their litter behind in park

Reported via desktop in the Litter Pick category anonymously at 13:21, Saturday 7 March 2026

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9063580.

There have been improvements made to the communal garden on Ambergate Street in recent years, including new benches. Predictably these are a magnet for antisocial behaviour, noise and drug taking.

One bench in particular is regularly used by local men to smoke, take drugs, eat, and generally cause a nuisance. Despite a litter bin being within two metres of the bench they leave their litter and cigarette butss all around the bench. I am sick of my taxes funding the clean up from such degenerate people but so be it. Please can the park receive a thorough litter pick?
