Unauthorised Motorcycle Parking in Emergency Access Area Causing Ongoing Disturbance

I am writing to report an ongoing issue involving unauthorised parking of a motorcycle within the emergency access area on my estate.

The area outside my property is clearly designated for emergency vehicle access only, with bolted gates installed to prevent motor vehicle access except in emergencies. Despite this, a resident regularly parks a motorcycle directly outside my bedroom window on a daily basis.

This causes significant disturbance due to noise from the motorcycle arriving, manoeuvring, and being locked late in the evening and at night. The situation is having a negative impact on my sleep and daily wellbeing. I am a registered disabled resident, and the repeated disruption is becoming increasingly difficult to manage.
