Large pothole on grange walk near junction with the grange

Large subsided part of road surface which has had attempts to repair in the past although have not been done correctly and is subsiding again as always always with these things. They become bigger and more expensive problems unless they have been resolved properly and professionally in the first place, please resolve this issue.
