Proper litter pick required in gardens at st Vincent house, grange walk - reported previously and now council has closed th case as “investigation completed and no issues were found” . Either the council is lieing or has extremely low expectations of their litter pickers. See picture taken at the same spot 1 minute ago. Meanwhile 6 litter pickers stand around chatting, joking and swearing about 25 meters away. Please ensure the litter pickers actually do their jobs. Thank you.
