Communal bin not emptied - also surrounded by fly tipping

The communal bin has not been emptied for 2 weeks. There is also a lot of fly tipping, some recyling and furniture, and a lot of cardboard accumulating here.

    Hi, this has been passed to waste management but also needs to be referred to the team who look after fly tipping - furniture and black bin bags - as these will need to be removed, too.
