Subject: Urgent Action Needed – Dog Urine in Lift Dear Housing Building Management, Woodsford Portland Street London I am writing to raise a serious and ongoing issue in our building. For several months, some dog owners have been allowing their dogs to urinate in the lift on a daily basis. The smell is extremely strong, making it difficult for residents to use the lift, and it is particularly harmful to those with asthma or respiratory conditions. Previous letters or notices do not seem to have resolved the problem. Immediate action is needed, as this situation is affecting residents’ health and well-being. It is concerning that some dog owners are not respecting other residents’ right to a clean and safe living environment. We kindly request that the Council take urgent measures to stop this behavior and ensure the lifts are cleaned and maintained properly. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and action. Kind regards,
