Landfill in the middle of residential area
Reported via iOS in the Flytipping - General category anonymously at 12:26, Sunday 1 March 2026
Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9021460.
There’s always a standard message from you that this is a private land but if it is then where’s the environmental law enforcement and why does it exist? Why is the “owner” of the land able to get away with it for decades? Volunteers relentlessly clean this “green” space (open landfill) over and over again and yet no one is fined. How is this normal? Is the Labour council incapable of anything these days?
