Residents fed up with continuous fly tipping. Something MUST be done

Further to ref: 8985260 on 24 Feb, 8934082 on 16 Feb, 8914360 on 13 Feb, 8880708 on 10 Feb, 8849897 on 06 Feb, 8730739, 8676867, and 8682206, the issue of constant fly tipping, with black rubbish bags and other rubbish being left out in the communal pathway, continues unresolved week after week. This latest instance occurred sometime in the night of 28 Feb / early in the morning on 01 Mar. Attention to this matter to stop it from happening continuously multiple times a week, is urgently needed. In fact the problem is worsening week after week, day after day.
