Still not emptied

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9012192.

This is the 3rd time of reporting the dog waste bin on grass opposite Lingfield House has not been emptied, no point sending someone to collect the bags that are gathered on top if you can’t even empty the bin itself, it stinks , please make sure it’s emptied asap ,
