Garbage bins, illegal restaurant waste

For months, local restaurants and food trucks have been dumping their waste in our garbage bins. This weekend, we obtained a video showing who is responsible, including clear footage of faces and license plate numbers, and we have submitted it to the police.

It appears they filled all of our bins with oil cans and rotting meat.

Could we please request that this be picked up as soon as possible? There are rats all around the bins.
