I have received an email informing me that the manhole clanking has been fixed. This is incorrect. No one has been to fix it. I have a video but cannot upload it.

The manhole has not been fixed. Please could you let me know why this has been updated as ‘Fixed’. Also when it will actually be fixed. I have taken a video this evening but I cannot attach it on here. Thank you

    This process was far from simple. The manhole was temporarily’fixed’ but done badly with loose tarmac and erosion almost immediately ( photos attached documented by residents). It is the second time it has required fixing in less than one year. It doesn’t instill much confidence. It has now been fixed. I hope it lasts. Thank you for your service.
