We moved into this new beautiful building that was just finalized a couple months ago. We moved to this area expecting things would be different , but not this different.

There is garbage everywhere, next to the railway track, the garbage keeps pilling up, there are broken down cars everywhere, making almost impossible to walk. we're expecting a baby and we are already thinking about moving out of this area as it is not good to raise a child.

Please help.
