The tree and ivy are spreading across the council house, No1 Whorlton Road, which has been neglected for over a year. There is obviously the overgrown is clearly dmanagiung the property and affecting the neighbouring house.

4 months later and still nothing has been done about No1 Whorlton Road. The tree and ivy at the front have completely spread over the neglected house and are now overhanging the pavement and parking sign. The ivy is growing up to the roof where the also the ridge tiles have slipped which looks like there will be water ingress that will cause internal damage to the property.
