Collapsed Drain and broken pavements

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 22:28, Thursday 12 February 2026

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8907310.

Lorries (McGees) 8 wheelbased vehicles up to 10 at a time are parking daily on Paris Garde. Which are being used somewhere locally on a development. They are damaging the road and the pavements due to their weight and have caused a drain grate to collapse. We now have to walk in the road as the pavements are damaged and slippery with wet and mold from the green wall fencing. It is getting worse. There has been no road sweeper for dome time sweeping the pavements on both sides of the road. There is also a build up of litter in the area.

Updates

  • Drain fixed back in place. Broken pavements still there and the green wall is still leaking all over the pavement making people walk in the road which is dangerous.
