Reported 8 times: Ref. 8740964, 8767348, 8776480, 8785014, 8794204, 8850216, 8859797 This is the 9th time been reported to you ! Please send the estate cleaner to remove this build up of urine stains! Homeless people use this very spot as their toilet! This very place needs to be scrubbed and disinfected with the strong chemicals and mopped daily! The next step it will be escalating this matter to the Housing Officer and Complain Department
