Extensive littering across dog kennel hill next to St Francis park se22 needs to be cleaned by Southwark cleaning team. A full street clean is needed. Litter is over 4 weeks old and getting worse. southwark cleaning team are not doing frequent enough cleaning please increase frequency. In less that 5 days extensive littering has taken place. Important note: please do not close this cleaning request until the litter has been cleaned from street as this has happened previously and litter has remained on the streets for weeks
