Cobblestones are loose, blister paving is damaged, paving slabs are severely cracked

All of these paving slabs and cobbles have been getting progressively worse for at least two years now. The cobblestones have loosened and are pronounced and are hazzardous to walkers. The blishter paving slabs are deteriorating and pieces are coming out. These are meant to be an aid for blind people. This damage was sustained (I believe) when heavy trucks were delivering items during construction works to buildings on Emerson Street.
