Dangerous deep pothole

This is a very deep pothole and presents an immediate and serious danger to all road users, including pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. I was forced to swerve suddenly to avoid it and narrowly missed colliding with a cyclist. This section of road is already a known pinch point due to the segregation on the left. Being required to swerve to the right to avoid the pothole creates confusion for other road users and significantly increases the risk of a serious collision. If not addressed urgently, this defect could result in a serious accident or fatality
