Montague close pavement near The Mudlark and Pizza Express

This corner is a known overnight rubbish collection point, however, every single day some bags remain uncollected, staying in the corner and passers by contributing by throwing their personal rubbish there too. Known businesses (with evidence)to leave rubbish there: Boro Bistro, Redis Emea LTD Bridge house, Roasting Plant coffee. Passers by from Graziers Hall and Borough market contribute as that corner is always full of bin bags. This has been an issue for the past 9 months, when tried to come with a solution with the businesses or Bridge House management, this was ignored. This is very image damaging for Pizza Express and perfect environment for all sort of pest to thrive in there and the smell is horrible too. Please, we need a solution urgently.
