Rubbish accumulated on the pavement

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8745592.

For monthes garden refused have been left outside as the council did not collect it (despite the main calls) and once it has been collected, some rubbish has been left behind. can the pavement be cleaned please? Thanks
