Area at rear gate to Ducks infant school. A box containing at least 5 full canisters of Nitrous Oxide (Magic Whip). I have previously seen balloons and empty canisters in the area. Possibly being used by those abusing Nitrous Oxide although I have never seen anyone in the vacinity. Remains of chair from previous Flytipping still there. Noticed several days ago.
