Fly tipping by bins on corner of Webber & Lancaster St

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8723249.

Unfortunately someone flytipped on Saturday morning next to the bins, and steadily more has been left in a pile on top of it. The bins have now been collected, but the flytipped rubbish next to the bins remains.
