Trees need trimming

There has been loads of residents complaining to housing officers and online about the trees on layard road se16 2je there overgrown makes the road pitch black coz the lights are blocked by the trees and CCTV can’t see anything also makes the flooor very slippery they have not been touched for years please can someone do something about this and make it a safer road
