Reg DV19YPC White Vauxhall Van. Along the lordship lane, opposite LL estate/ near traffic lights near Overhill Road or between bus stop DJ-DH. Left on zigzag lines since yesterday early evening (Thursday 15th January) and all day today. Still there now late this evening. Causing obstruction to other vehicles buses and emergency services trying to get past especially during rush hours.
