Peabody is paying southwark council to clean communal areas of our property. Can you arrange for rubbish on communal parking between 1 Watts Street and 2 Watts Street to be removed.

I cleaned the parking communal area just because I didnt want to see such mess. Even though it is communal areas and the council cleaning team must clean the communal areas of our buildings because Peabody is paying to council to clean our communal areas.
