Pavment slabs loose and uneven

Currently, the paving slabs have shifted and become significantly displaced, creating an extremely uneven pathway. This defect has resulted in a severe trip hazard - this is a high-traffic thoroughfare, the likelihood of a fall resulting in serious injury is substantial.

The uneven surface poses a risk to those with mobility impairments, those using wheelchairs, and parents with strollers.

This issue has been present for 3 months, and seems to be getting worse with the rain and water ingress penetrating under the paving
