Wooden TV dumped near row of bins + general rubbish scattered all over the pavement

So the location of where this mess is happens to be bullace Row Se5 7hj just off camberwell road it's a common location that's always getting cleaned up then days later more rubbish is created but this there is a TV stand that was taken from another location plus general rubbish bin bags etc just scattered all over the side walk and may I also mention after a brief encounter today I spotted the sighting of a rat so it's clear this mess is attracting rodents aka rats
