Bins need cleaning

The bins by the bus stop outside the fight city gym need clean. I reported these a few days ago and you said you would not clean them as they did not belong to you. I have talked to the estate office of elephant Park, and they say that the bins on the New Kent Road belong to Southwark which is why they are so disgusting! Please would you give this bin a good clean and also remove the other scruffy old labels from them which are faded and tatty, thank you ever so much.
