Abandoned green wheelie bin attracting vermin

This green wheelie bin was dumped at the corner of Road behind the tree on the corner of Lyndhurst Way and Chadwick Road (a popular fly tipping spot) about 3 weeks ago and has since been attracting more and more waste. Last night the foxes and rats were trying to get in. This is the 6th report of fly tipping on this corner. This wheelie bin needs to be disposed of properly.
