Our residential garbage cans have been filled up completely, to the point where we can’t dump our garbage. They’ve been filled up with commercial waste and oil cans, this has been happening regularly from the same vendors at: 103 Union Street, London SE1 0LA, managed by Samsite Ltd (one of the 9 vendors operating out of the site is dumping here).

Can you please empty the garbage cans so that we don’t have overflow with rats, thanks counsel!!!
