I have complained to Riverside ownersvof Carey Court, that their bins and flat clearance rubbish are always stacked against our property spilling over into our front garden. The rubbish often broken glass is on the street soilwd waste that misses the bin goes into our front garden. I have requested the Southwark Bins are place the opposite side of the car park of the car park as stacked against our block is a fire hazzard. And Southwarks food bin for Carey Court, next to our building atracting rats... is offensie. You dont stack them directly against your own blocks. This needs to be moved to opposite side of car park as well.
