2nd time fix my street have said its been resolved and it hasnt

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8653567.

What is the point of this service if all you do is lie!!! Twice i have reported this and recieved email to say its been resolved. When im quite clearly looking at it now!!I would like to raise a formal complaint.
