Business premises at 45 Great Guildford Street has regular waste collection of branded bags by Biffa but over Christmas period waste not from this premises has been repeatedly dumped in this location, including food waste, alcoholic drinks cans and bottles etc., mostly in clear plastic sacks but some loose refuse.
