Grafitti spreading on 121 Denmark Hill

Please see multiple graffiti painting on 121 Denmark Hill - home to a block of flats and also Urban Village estate agent. We desperately need the council to clean the grafitti on the back and side of the building to make a clear example to the vandals that there is no point of spraying our building - that it will just get cleaned up. As long as this is not cleaned, grafitti will spread over the building and require constant visits from the council to clean it, wasting taxpayers money. You can see two new additions to the grafitti on the front of the building. Please help resolve this.
