This is the third time I report this, two previous reports have been marked as fixed whilst the dog mess is still there. There are two separate heaps on the east side of Webber Row, close to the corner of Webber Street. Please do not just mark this as fixed without doing anything, this is an ongoing problem and the amount of poo on the street is accumulating.
