Lifts within Lingfield house

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8626462.

Cleaner proceed to clean the urine in our lifts then used the same disgusting mop to wash outside them ( not that it make a difference but the lift was used has a toilet by junkies) and who knows what diseases he has now pushed about , kids prams disabled all have to use it , the mop was actually black !!! The cleaning on this estate is becoming a big problem and only gets done if residents complain, he turns up at 6.30 gone by 6.45 am that’s when he actually turns up , !! This has been going on for a long time ( +6 months) it’s not acceptable anymore
